Navigating Perinatal Mental Health
obody warns you that the "glow" can come with intrusive thoughts, rage, numbness, or a version of anxiety you've never met before — and that's not a personal failure, it's biology and circumstance colliding. This class gets honest about perinatal mood and anxiety disorders: what's a normal hard day versus what's a sign you need more support, and what "more support" can actually look like because it's not one-size-fits-all. No stigma, no judgment, just straight information for you and the people supporting you, so nobody's left guessing or suffering in silence.

How To Advocate During Birth
"Just trust your provider" is not a birth plan. This class is about knowing your rights, understanding informed consent (and informed refusal — yes, that's a thing), and learning how to ask the questions that actually get you answers instead of a pat on the hand. We'll practice real scripts for real moments , the ones where you need to slow a room down, get clarity, or push back respectfully but firmly. You'll leave knowing the difference between "this is standard" and "this is actually necessary for you," and how to speak up either way.
Co-Ed/ Co-Led Childbirth Education
Birth isn't a solo sport, so why is birth ed usually taught like one? This class puts your whole support team in the room, partners included, and not just sitting in the corner holding snacks. Led by a husband and wife team teaching from their own real, different perspectives on birth, we get into labor physiology, comfort techniques, including the real MVP skill, how to actually communicate with each other when things get hard. Expect real talk, real questions, and a support team that leaves speaking the same language instead of guessing at each other's cues mid-contraction.
Childbirth Education
Let's be real: nobody hands you a manual for labor, and AI, google or social media is not it. This class breaks down what actually happens in your body during labor and birth — no sugarcoating, no scare tactics, just the real deal. We'll walk through the stages of labor, your pain management options (yes, all of them, pros and cons included), what hospital or birth center admission is actually like, and what those wild first few days postpartum look like. You'll walk out with a birth preferences plan that's actually yours, plus tools your support person can use when things get intense. First baby or fifth, come as you are.
