Service Description

This class is taught by Mario and Christina Drain to provide the childbirth perspective for both men and women. Session includes: Understand what actually happens in the body during labor • Learn hands-on comfort techniques and active support skills • Practice communication and advocacy in medical settings • Explore emotional preparedness for both partners • Build a personalized birth support plan • Create a realistic postpartum game plan
